over thinking it

What I mean by that is when you have a small twing,moan,or grown you go over thinking it and wind up scaring yourself.When it's nothing more than you not stretching or your shoes are to tight if you think your feet are swollen.I'm just saying,cause I'm sure we've all done it one time,or another.
