Since joining DC I have read alot about diet and exercise. Just wondering what type of exercise you do and how often. I'll start. Before this condition the most excercise I did was getting off the couch:) LOL. I have a stationary bike which I try to ride every morning. I usually average about about 5-6 minutes which adds up to 1.5 miles and when my wife goes to the gym, I tag along and use the tredmill and walk for 20 minutes or 5 miles. I do see a little improvement in my B/S is when I exercise and stick to my diet. Like some wrote, thank you D for making me life healthier which I am now doing at my age.It is never to late to start. So lets hear it I will be reading the replies. Have a healty life my friends.
