The answer is still the same for me when I listen to the sound tracks of Braveheart or Last of the Mohicans, I am carried across the miles
to the man I love passionately in my mind.
My creative writing flows out of me at times like that
born out of that passion and love

I like that song my Nash too, but the music that makes me wanna dance is the songs by the late Rusty Weir "the Texas Troubadour."

Just listened to Don't It Make You Wanna Dance. Not bad. One of my favorite pick me up and/or dance around the house songs is Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten. I put it on high, go about doing my housework and before I know it I'm busting a move or singing at the top of my lungs.

Just one…no way. it's a tie Malk De Kojin "Klap Din Hodok, Hej Matematik "Livet i Plastik", Nephew "D.T.A.P", Ramones "I wanna Be Sedated" and Wierd Al "White and Nerdy".

When my husband and I were first dating he had an Abdullah Ibrahim CD that we would listen to all the time. Somehow or another the CD went missing and because we never took notice of the name of this song, it was lost to us for yeeaars. Then about a year or so ago he found it on youtube. It was immediately added to both our favorites list. That was a lesson in never taking things for granted for us. Hope you all enjoy.

Thank you for bringing this memory back! Listened to and studied him in college as part of my music therapy course. Definately on my download list this weekend!

Peter Kater's 4 CD pack entitled "The Elements". Individually, they are Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. My favorites are Water and Fire. Both are contuous play CDs and play for 60-90 minutes with NO breaks. It is one continuous flowing masterpiece.
