Why have you been unsuccessful so far at motivating yourself to exercise regularly? There are a lot of different reasons that affect your ability to follow through on your good intentions. A good way to implement exercise is thinking of what you did as a child. You didnt sit around and mope or whatever all day. We went to school where we were active and then came home to go out for several hours before dinner. Sometimes even after dinner. Best way to encourage yourself to be motivated is laughing at all the silly people who didnt think you could do it in the first place. Because while you are running circles around them, they are still trying to catch up. Just put a funny face to anything and you will laugh. Hope this helps as it was meant too. Hugs

Exactly. My mom could barely keep me in the house as a child. We need to find the fun in exercise, instead of focusing how hard it might be or how draining. It's all to a good end.

Exercise=good health & longevity
No exercise=poor health & a shortened lifespan.
It's so simple and most of us are aware, yet many of us including myself are guilty to some extent! We'll, here are ways to overcome thie lack of motivation. Read it,use it and get healthier! Why not???
