Well what started out as a very promising test has gone wrong. I can not multi task.
Did not pinch finger in Miss Kitty Microwave. No boil overs, no Brick of Wheat from over cooking. Remembered to add the whey powder. Tested BG before eating and every 15 minutes for an hour.Forgot to test BG for over one hour. Missed learning when BG spike and fall occured.
Incomplete results are:
12:50 PM - 96 before preparing Cream of Wheat
1:25 ate Cream of Wheat with Almond Milk and Splenda ( same amount as first test)
Added whey powder and ate 15 Almonds - Do not know carb amounts because whey powder was from bulk food aisle and I forgot how many carbs/protein where on the bin label at the store 6 months ago. Failed to look up carb/protein of almonds because by the time I am entering this I realize how botched up the test has become.)
1:40 PM - 176 ( Screamed and took an immediate second reading while husband kept asking "What is going on?)

2:10 until 3:10 PM reading DC discussions and oblivious to passing of time

Hope I can manage better with Take 3.
