While you are using you computer to surf the internet, why not put your computer and the internet to good use managing your diabetes?

Using your computer and your internet connection to keep a food journal to help you monitor both your food intake and your daily glucose readings can go a long way towards helping you to achieve your diabetes care health goals.

And most of all, it's absolutely "Free."
So why not give it a try?

IS THIS JOURNAL FOR THE DIABETIC? I HOPE SO, THEN I CAN KEEP ONE FOR MY HUSBAND AND JUST SEE HOW MUCH, THE CARBS AND SUGARS ARE EACH DAY AND ADJUST OUR DIET (COOKING FOR ONE SUCKS SO I EAT WHAT HE IS EATING…SIMPLE CAN'T HURT ME TO EAT WITH HIM).
COOL I THINK I WILL CHECK IT OUT…THANK YOU.

I have most of my life as a diabetic kept a food and sugar % journal. It really does help see what you might be doing or eating wrong. It is a hard job being a diabetic.

I just looked over this site but it did not show anything about registering BG it only talked about managing your weight plus analyzing your nutritial facts.
