Studies have proven that humor helps lower blood pressure and I am willing to bet you blood sugars too! It helps your heart rate. Need a boost, start laughing it up. Watch a movie like Abbot & Costello, or Bowery Boys, or whats his face in Liar, Liar. Read jokes (go to, listen to funny songs from wierd Al or the guy who played in Waterboy. Watch the comedy channel. Rent a video from the store with a comedian on it like Jeff Dunham ( i love peanut and walter!). Get happy!

I posted a discussion on Laughter and it is kind of the same...the cool thing is that your body doesn't know if a laugh is fake or real. So yuck it up!! It's good for you. Oh, and go see "Momma Mia!" That will have you rolling.
