Does any type one diabetic know anything of the raspberry ketone supplement? I heard that this supplement does help with fat loss or burning fat, but have not found out any information regarding it with type one diabetics. I am 25 years old and have been living with type one diabetes for about 13 years now, and still having difficult to find a way to control my glucose numbers and eating habits. I am a senior in college and unfortunately have had "close calls".

I am beginning new diet plan and activity plan, and would like to take this raspberry ketone supplement to boost my new plans. Any information will help me very much. Thank you.

I'm a 60+yr old, 20+ year diabetic usually with A1C's in low 7's but jumped to 8.3 for the last year for reasons my Dr nor I understand. I take Novolog on a carbohydrate scale and Levimire in pm. In desperation I ordered RK and just finished one 60 tab bottle of 500mg @ 2x day and just ordered more. Day one on RK my BS spiked so that I had to consistently take 4u extra Novolog to correct. That night I gambled and took 4u extra Levimire which led to the conisistenly best fasting BS's I've had in over a year. Daytime BS's were equally improved. I have a lovely boost in energy as well. So far no weight loss (need to lose 10#) but that is less important to me than good BS. I did have a sight itching rash across my chest (I'm sensitive & allergic prone) which is controlled by a generic Benadryl. I use a 100% natural brand.

i have tried the "pure raspberry ketone and have only been on it for 2 days. My energy level has risen .I havent felt this good in years. That was my reason for trying it. The peoblem is that my BG levels have risen into the high 200s and 300s. It just figures. i try to find something to help my low energy levels and this has made my Bg higher.

I used them for a couple of months and it did seem to make my energy levels better. I didn't compare my readings, but I didn't notice that kind of a rise in mine while I was on it. It is hard for them to keep in stock, so I have been without for a while.

I ordered some to try. They were on back order, so we must not have been the only ones watching that wanted to give them a try. Mine just shipped out yesterday.

Were you watching Doctor Oz last night? LOL. I was and it sounded quite interesting. While it doesn't make the fat go away, it reduces the size of the fat cells. I have not tried it, but after his show last night, I was on the internet looking it up out of curiosity. The concept sounds good.

My only concern is what it might do to sensitive kidneys since it is keytones already and what happens to them as the body processes them. I could not find anything that directly related to diabetics either, but I am still looking.
