I just want you to know that God wants you to be healed physically, spiritually and emotionally. Psalm 103:3 says, HE healeth all our diseases. This past year, I went through a spiritual attack. One day I was drinking coffee before church, and it went down to my feet! I went straight to my pastor and told him. He kind of looked at me like, What? (: It is kind of unusual, right…ha!?! Anyway, he prayed for me, but here is the twist…I DON'T EVEN HAVE DIABETES! I want to tell you something…you're not fighting against your own body. The Bible says, We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places (high places are our mind). That being said, Jesus came to save us from hell and sickness. The Bible says, by His stripes we are healed. If you take that verse and begin to stand on it for your healing against diabetes, you will be healed of this…that is a PROMISE. God's Word cannot tell a lie! Before I go, I want to encourage you to be tenacious about your healing. God wants us to be determined to see His best. He says, The thief cometh not but for to steal, kill and destroy, BUT I AM come that they might have life and life more abundantly. God wants you to have the BEST that He has for you! I believe for your healing, and am praying for you! In the name of Jesus Christ, DIABETES, the LORD rebuke you! Amen!

Howdy Claim
As a lifelong christian (63 yrs) and having read through the Holy Scriptures multiple times, God never promises that the healing would always be immediate. and there are places in the Bible which indicates that God has other purposes for allowing any of us to have a disease. I personally have T 2 diabetes and also have Kidney disease for which I need to take dialysis treatments.

the Bible says, Paul prayed three times for the "thorn in the flesh" to be taken away Sometimes God uses an infirmity for another purpose. Paul writes in 2 Cor 12:7-9 " And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. 8 Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. 9 And He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.'" NKJV.

Regarding what you quoted upon which to "stand" on it for healing, Unfortunately that interpretation ignores the context of that whole section of Holy Writ. The point the Apostle Paul is making there is that our struggle is not a physical struggle but is instead a spiritual one. It seems incongrous to apply it narrowly to a physical malady of the body like diabetes, or any other.

I have problems with those who "name it and claim it".turning the Holy and most High God into their personal errand boy. Let God be God and let Him heal who He will immediately and let Him heal who He will through the medical community and let Him work what He will through the answered prayer where He says wait for a while.

God's best to you

I am having a serious problem too after eating ..especially after supper. After supper every night, when I go to get up , I about collapse..this is no joke. I'm 41 years old, and never had this problem until the last 6 months. My feet on several nights felt SEERED, I get dehydrated extremely easily, even though I drink OVER the amount of water we should all drink as diabetics. I am seriously wondering ( have been) myself, WHY so much extreme symptoms? I walk and run 5 days a week, have always had a high metabolism, and it's now borderline high. Good God, I FEEL FOR YOU…write me back..I think we have talked before. I about collapsed last night after supper. I have tried walking outside when this happens, and it takes me approx 40 minutes to get it to go way way down…that's ridiculous, especially being I already walk and run 5 days a week, and when I walk and run then, I work out HARD. Yeah…I also always feel like I am walking on a cloud along with the weird feelings. It does feel like the food is going straight to my feet. I was beginning to think it was maybe something else, but it has to be the diabetes without a doubt…ANNE

I describe my symptoms as feeling like I am walking on a mattress or a trampoline.
I don't feel steady on my feet.

Howdy NZ

You say you feel like bugs crawling in your arms. That could be peripheral neuropathy going on with you. My arms from elbows to fingertips have a tingling sensation due to the neuropathy. I also feel weak in my lega and arms. My legs from the knees down through my toes feel burning pain, but it is there all the time as is the tingling in my arms.

If you are able to make the sensation go away after being a short time on the treadmill that is great, because I get no relief from mine.

I suspect what you are experiencing is due to diabetic neuropathy.
