I'm new here, but, I've got a tip I want to share with you. You can ask your doctor about it if you wish. I opted not to tell mine about cinnamon. More specifically, it's cinnamomum cassia(bark) plus Chromium. I take 2 1,000 milligrams of cinnamon after breakfast and dinner. It has helped me lose 25 pounds!!! I went from having to test my blood sugar everyday to every other day or 3 times a week. Hope this helps some of you living with Type 2 diabetes.
