I wanted to put this in a blog but I have no idea how to do the url part. I give up. I will write here. There must be a reason for it. I wrote earlier today that I would start working out today. I did it! I went to the room that has equipment in it. I rode the stationary bike for 18 min. I burned 28.8 calories. My heart rate got up to 125. I got 50% of the way thru the program before I had to quit. This was the weight loss program on the bike and in the past, long ago, I was only able to finish 10% of the program. It felt great to do the workout. My plan is to continue this workout one time a week for about a month then increase it to 2x weekly for 2 weeks or a month then 3x then 4x. Then depending on how I feel, I would like to increase my time on the bike.
My goal is to lose weight, inches, and regain my physical strength.
