Today I went to the diabetic clinic and yes I am elated. I was expecting to hear some disapointing news about my recent blood work. I was surprised to hear that my a1c was 7.8. It was at 13% last year and now it is starting to go down. The only thing that they are concerned about is my kidneys. My microalbumin test was higher than it should. I have to continue to take my insulin twice a day 90 cc and just take 1 actos instead of two. All of my levels were great. I would like to thank the peoples here at DC for all the words of encouragements. Lots of internet hug to all.

Rhonda, Be strong
For you must care for yourself
so you can care for others
Your life, made by God is precious in his sight
Always remember that and treat yourself with
the respect, care and love that is meant to be yours
You have reached a good milestone
in the a1c journey…How great!
Its worth talking about, dancing and singing it out…
Now take the next step in healing.
There is a kidney meal plan for diabetics
It will help you too
God Bless Rhonda! Congratulations!
