I hope you will call your doctor about this ASAP. My husband had these symptoms and ended up being diagnosed with 11 blockages, even though he had just passed a cardio stress test. He is a type II diabetic. He had very successful by-pass surgery and the sweats, leg cramps and pains are gone. I know this is an extreme example but see the doc to be safe.

I have problems drinking almost too much water. It flushes out excess glucose…it's not a cure for diabetes, but the kidneys love water. Pain in your jaw? Do you start to heat up, not quite sweating during the pain in your jaw? If so, it could be your heart talking…if not, disregard what I said. I have early heart disease, and if I get a sharp pain in my throat, I know I'm in trouble. If you are not quite sweating, your blood sugar might be elevated…just a thought…ANNE

Infection in the gum or tooth?
Tempromandibular joint problem of some sort, most likely with infection or irritation?
Neuropathy in your jaw??
