I'm always on the lookout for something new and different because I know I tend to get in a food rut now and then! These recipes look yummy. As always, we'll need to adapt to make them work for us, but that's what all good cooks do, so nothing new there!

I think I'll try the chili first…how about you?

I utilize slow cookers, electric pc cookers, carbon steel woks and cast iron cookware! Gonna give some of these recipes a try. My wife hates to cook! I have learned to love it! Feel free to share any of your favorites, I'll probably eat it up!!!

Al: no reason for your wife to cook if you do all of that! Congratulations!

Thanks Carol. These are some tastey looking recipes. My new Dutch oven is really sturdy and heavy, with an equally sturdy and heavy lid, so I might be able to make some of these in it. I'll let you know when I give it a try.

I have a new dutch oven as well. I bake what's known as a NO KNEAD BREAD inside it! Comes out delicious. I get to watch everyone else consume it. Not good for us diabetics, so I wont give away the secret. )-;

You can tell me. I'm still able to eat bread (in moderation), unless it's too full of carbs. If it is, then nevermind. :)

P.S. If you can't eat it, then how do you know it's so delicious? HMMM!! LOL
