This list focuses on 14 tasty foods that are healthy for most diabetics because they provide fiber, Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and Calcium. Individual tolerance may vary—some of you will use some and not others—but these are generally considered beneficial.

The list is a relatively familiar one to me, but some of the little pieces of information they have included were different. Might be worth taking a look.
