Just wanted y'all to know that i am up to 6-7 miles a day weather permittig, what motivates me is that i know that some day i might not be able to walk. It has payed huge dividends not onlly do i feel better i have been able to get rid of my BP medicine. Once again i cannot stress enough i do not post this to rub it in anyone's face just letting everybody know how i am doing and that i am doing it for Diabetics everywhere

That is awsome. I wish that I was one of the people who can just get up and walk like you. I use to be a runner and bike rider and would love to have those days back. I hope you are able to continue for many, many years. Bless you

I root and cheer you on. Anyone who can achieve some success is joy to those of us who can not. I hope to be one who can eventually until then I will wave you forward!

Contact your local mall. Most have times and mileage maps for mall walkers for better running conditions. Usually you go in before the mall opens
