Sinse I've taking control of my health(I'm a Type 2 diabetic), I walk 45 min. a day, every day!! I made this committment on Nov. 7,2011. By doing this, I have lost 11 pounds gracefully!! I know eat a balance meal daily, I only eat baked or steam foods! Fruit, I try to eat a piece of fruit daily with my meals. I'm excited about the fact I care enough about my health, there's no looking back!!! I want to encourage each and everyone of my friends to stay focus, because we all have the same thing in common: Diabetes, and let's take charge of our 'lives'!! We can do it!!!
