Don't be too hard on yourself! If You cheat don't feel guilty and use that as an excuse to binge. Instead, give your self credit for all the time you stayed on your program and get back to it. Remember "A slip doesn't have to be a fall".

I saw my first high above 200 an hour ago. I'm feeling really bummed about that but I'll getting over it soon enough. I know I have been slacking off on my exercises lately but everything else is on point. So I will do what I need to in order to get my numbers back under control (including taking a walk in the bad weather we are having here) and take better care to not slack off that way again. Besides, I'm easy. The first thing that has me busting up will put me in better spirits in no time.

This is a good reminder to people, we are human and we slip. We can be the best we can be, but things happen. Last night I was craving chocolate SO bad I was ready to drive 10 min to the nearest gas station to buy some chocolate! I didn't, but if it had been earlier and the little store by our house was open, I so would have ran up there to get something! And to tell you the truth, I would not have beat myself up over it, I deny myself things all the time for the greater good of my health! I ate 2 tangerines instead!! Didn't spike me as bad as I thought!!

So everyone, just chill! If you slip, shrug it off, and just keep on truckin'!!!

Last night I was sick and tired of being diabetic and ate 1/2 a bag of chips !!!! Knowing I would spike this morning !!!!

Hey it happens! If there would have been chocolate in this house last night, I totally would have macked on it!! I was craving something fierce!! Instead I ate 2 tangerines! At least I got the sweet thing. Would rather have had chocolate!!!

You have been doing really good, don't knock yourself around about this. We are human, we are going to have moments like this. I get them all the time! How many times have you had that feeling that you denied yourself?? See, that's what I'm talking about!!

Thanks I just feel so pissed it's only been since sept. And I worry that this is going to be harder !!!!
