My insurance doesn't cover humalog any longer. I just got a supply to last me a while and Doctor will have to change to another in February. Been working at a 6 A1C and hoping for good results. Anytime I think I'm close I over due it and find a high reading on monitor for that meal. Darn! I'm sick of medication, counting, and everything that goes with diabetes. I said it and I'm glad. I still know I have to be careful. Thank you for listening.

Well you just did the right thing—yell about it and get it out of your system- do not hold it in. It all looks better in the morning and we keep on keeping on. Be blessed and keep in touch.

You have every right to be "flustrated". I would be too. I will never understand why insurance companies do things like that. It's bad enough that this disease sucks. Why must they make it that much more difficult to bear? And then we "pay" for it if we don't stay on top of things. I've been slacking off with my walks the past few days because my numbers have been so good. Now my knees have been killing me all day. Just my bodies little reminder that just because I FEEL fine it doesn't mean I am. It's way too easy to give up when something like that happens. I'm happy to hear you're going to stick with it. Be blessed.

I know it all CAN BE so flustrating! I'm glad you realize that you need to be careful. Glad also you got that vent out of your system,

Praying a Christmas blessing be upon you and yours.
