I just found out I can have some of my favorite cheeses. I am so happy!!! Even only 1 ounce is very good stuffed in a chicken breast and baked. YUM

I always kid my hubby that we are "Cheese People." The fridge is always filled with every variety you can think of. The trick, of course, is moderation.

Sharp cheddar w/bacon & spannich inside a meatloaf or streak !!! As my Dr says "just a little not to much" !!!

Sorry to hear that. I've given up so many of my favorite foods in the last week that it's nice to know that I can still have some of my comfort foods.

Isn't cheese wonderful. I like horseradish/cheddar and it's low in carbs.

Cabot is who makes it, I think they are from Vermont. They were giving samples when they were bringing it to my grocery store (schnucks), I tried it, and now am hooked on it. Hope you can find it where you are
