As I read through the daily posts I always come across great food suggestions, tips for controlling BG levels and other helpful hints. I would love to be able to remember theml but iif I try to track them all, my discussion tracker would probably malfunction. It would be a great help, to those of us who are still learning the ropes, if the rest of the community could let us know what you found to work, or not, for you. What foods/beverages, supplements, stress releivers, informative websites, or advice any in general, that you think would help those of us who are trying to get into the swing of things. What do you know now, that you wish you knew then?
