I think this article bears lots of truth. I wish I followed much of it when I had a chance. I however do not have that any more as I have finally arrived…I am Diabetic.

Thanks for your thoughtful articles that you post. They are so good!

I read it and plan to send it to my sons who do not yet have diabetes, but have diabetes on both sides of their family line. I suspect they will blow it off like they have before, but I plan to remind them again so hopefully their genetics will not trip them into a life of diabetes.

But then again, when I was young I didn't listen to the warnings either.

I can agree with some of that article. By keeping a journal I have found several foods that I must not eat in order to maintain my control over my BGs. I cannot eat rice, bread or consume splenda. Thank you for sharring.
