I just read (and posted) a very interesting article on the wonderful fruit…the apple. How it is one of the greatest immunity boosters we have, and eating them during the winter is a great way to keep the flu at bay.
What other old remidies are out there that you practice? You know the ones…chicken soup for a cold, aloe for burns…etc. Share your tips with us, and we can all have a healthier winter.
