This article helps you with diabetes and how exercises can help control it. Personally havent had that experience per se. Nor have the funds for the gym and in my area it gets really cold here in the winters.

Do u like workout videos? I enjoy them myself becaude I too dont have the time or money to pay for a monthly membership at a gym. But I "really" enjoy wirkouts from Beachbody like "Turbi Fire". Never did i see myself burning so much calories. Beachbody are the co-founders of P90X too!! Tried that one too, what a workout. Anyways, if U want more info let me know. Im familiar with different workout videos depending on what U are looking for. Happy Holidays!

Good article with good pointers.
Now you might not see yourself doing this but it might be worth checking into. Before the mall stores open, the mall is open for mall walkers who walk the long corridors to exercise. You are out of the elements and you might meet some new friends.
Is the Mall at Steamtown in your area
I copied this off their site

Mall Walker Program
"It's Always a Great Day to Walk
The Mall at Steamtown"

For a comfortable, climate-controlled place to get some morning exercise, join The Mall Walker program. Mall walkers can get into the Mall before it opens to the general public and maps are available so you can chart your progress. Just visit our Public Safety Office located next to the Station Café Food Court to sign up and receive your Mall Walker Badge. The badge will allow you to enter the Mall as early as 7 a.m.

No that is like 2 hours north of me. The point is that I want to go to the gym to have me time. Yet just cant afford it. And if I cant get my car out of town then I cant do the Mall walking thing. Thank you anyway Hugs
