Okay so I heard about taking cinnamon on this website tried taking 1000 mcg 3 mornings in a row, and my BGs actually increased. One morning I was at 141 fasting which is high for me. I am usually at 100-110 and had heard here that They can go into less than 100. I didn't change anything else in my diet what do you guys think before I give up on this supplement? I keep reading how it is beneficial to people with diabetes.
