Good morning , I give all praise and thanks to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. As many of you know I lost my dear, dear aunt 10/31 and I didn't realize the stress was taking such a toll. I was admitted to the hospital, Saturday with chest pains, thankfully nothing serious was found. God is so good and he's keeps his promises to us and if we believe and stand on his word, he is able to deliver us from any situation.

Amen! God is good.
I can relate to the whole stress thing. When I lost my mom(a year ago this Sept) about 2 weeks after i woke up with chest pains and unable to take a good breath. I also had the pain going down my arm and in my back. Totally though i was having a heart attack. That is what took my mom and i was freaking out. After 2 days in one hospital, transfered to another to have a heart cath and another 2 days in, found out it was not a heart attack, but stress. The stress caused my arteries to contract which will mimick a heart attack! Boy was i relieved. But it was a wake up to me that i had not been dealing with the stress correctly. I took care of that, and i have not had another episode. This was over a year ago. Sure i can get stressed, but not to that degree.

I pray you find a way to deal and start feeling better. God Bless, Mickey
