what is your opinion on the recipe apple foam & how it could or would apply to diabetics?
how could it effect your blood sugar levels?
does it need to be adjusted in any way?

It looks like it's pretty good, although some people like to stay away from fruit juice altogether, as it has quite a few carbohydrates. This recipe looks like it may be for 4 people or so…probably about 20 carbohydrates per serving, if using "no sugar added" apple juice. Not bad for a fun drink.

Where did you find the recipe?

I just searched the recipes section of this site for "apple foam" and it popped up.

Oh, it is here on the site....cool. I will go check it out. I am like most and avoid any kind of fruit juice. So I will see what it is and how it works.

I found it and it sounds good, but the carbs in it are WAY high. Is that for the whole recipe? If so, it would make a 1/2 cup serving work in your carb limits of around 14g of carbs. So for me, it is off the list, but it might make a nice treat for a party.
