Any suggestions

I have back problems which a lot of time limits my mobility. So sometimes the same routine it's boring. any suggestions?

Perhaps you may not be aware of a sister site to DC called Back Pain connect. At the top of the page on the right is "visit another community". Mouseover those words and select "Back Pain" and use your DC login info to log into that community. They may have more helpful suggestions there.

What kind of routine are you describing? Do you have certain goals? Would love to try and help but am not sure what you are asking?

Now, are we talking about an exercise routine? What do you currently do?

My mom has back problems, and she has quite a few strength building exercises she does that she says has made her back pain lessen. One that I know of is she lays on the floor, flat on her back, with her legs fully extended. She then lifts one leg off the floor to a 45 degree angle and holds it there for 10 seconds or so, and then she does it with the other leg. She does it probably 5 times for each leg, maybe more.
