my time in in the moring before i go to work. i'm a moring person.

when is your best time?

As soon as I get out of bed I'm on my bicycle (it's stationary). I can get in half an hour that way, then I get ready and head out to work. It loosens me up so that I can move better during the rest of the day. I'm also a morning person. I'm up by 5:30. Of course that means that by 10 at night I'm dead tired.

i feel more like going to go to work to if i exercise. your right it loosens a persons body up so your not sore and stiff when you work. i get up around between 5 and 6 in the moring to and ready to go to bed by 9 or 10.

That depends on how I am feeling on any particular day. On days when I am feeling fairly good (I have other health problems that affect my ability to exercise) I can do my stretches and some tai chi about anytime, though I tend to do it about the same time of day as I have my PT - 3 days a week - which is between breakfast and lunch. On days when I'm not doing very well I still try to do at least my stretches even when I'm in more pain than normal.
