i started this diet to lose weight about 3 days ago, i eat 6 meals a day no more than the size of your fist and you can have anything but fast food even cheesecake and also drink plenty of water between meals to curb your appitite. ususally eat about every 2-3 hrs and i have noticed i have not been over 140 with my bloodsugar in the last 3 days just thought i would share that with you all :)

That's great! I wish i could do something like that, but with my job it is impossible. sometimes i can't even break away to check my sugar when i'm working!

Since you are having trouble with your kidneys
I hope this diet is in safe keeping with your kidney health too.
Size of what you eat is a fist but is it the best for you?
You are pretty important, be wise and careful!

Hugs to you. Drink lots of water so your body won't store it. Thats why people lose water weight in the first week of a diet because they drink enough water that they quit storing it and lay off the water pills
