and I feel like crap!
Okay, so I started this medical weight loss plan, Remedy Weight Loss, on Friday. Basically, I do three of their shakes a day, plus their supplements, and 6oz of protein and 14 oz of a non-carb veggies every day. Oh, and at least 64 oz of water. (The water is easy, I already did that.)
I started out as 317 and today, three days later, I'm at 307. Okay, so I know that's mostly water weight, but a loss is a loss.
I'm desperate. I need to lose the weight so I can take care of other medical issues.
Oh, and this plan does ease you back into eating healthy, balanced meals.
Since I've been on this diet, and it's only been three days, my BG has ranged from 90-100 all day with only slightly higher morning readings.
