I am trying to design an improved way to hold an insulin pump, mainly for while you're sleeping! In order for me to be able to design something specifically for what is needed by the users, I would sincerely appreciate it if you would take 5 minutes to complete this user survey for me! Thank you so much for your time and I greatly appreciate your input!

Kristin, If the tech people don't get the link changed You may need to come back from time to time and repost the link toward the top again, should you get a lot of replies and this reply with the correct link gets pushed down. (that's the way this discussion software works.)

It is very short and sweet. All of you pumpers out there, this is your chance to express your pros and cons for the pump

i think wearing the pump comfortably esp women in general can be a task in a half!!! the amount of times i had it clipped to my leggings and it either falls out or finds its way travelling down my leg!! i have to look like a right plonker trying to tug it back up by the tubing!! and if i dont have pockets it ends up lodged in the bra which can be uncomfortable at the best of times!!!
In bed i sleep with it beside me!! i dont like it in my pockets because i tend to twist and turn and that can be uncomfortable, im also afriad il end up lying on it and damaging it some way!!
I use the accucke spirit combo and there are countless of different cases and asseries for it including the sports straps, leg holders and clips!! but id love to see something an adhesive felcro patch!! one in which you cound stick to your boday and another in which you could attach to the punp!! that way it wont get tangled up in clothes or slip out of pockets!!

has anyone had the experience or your pump nearly taking a plundge into the toilet????? felcro would be the solution i think!!!

I was worried about sleeping but I just clip it to my pocket and I don't notice it. I tried the sleep-ez which was fine but why spend $15 when the clip is free?

Your link wants me to sign up for some sort of plan. Thats a no go.

That is the sign up page to start a survey using Survey monkey's services. Perhaps annon can find the actual survey again and repost the link.

I think by posting annonymously he/she said all I need to know >SPAM<

I am not necessarily coming to the same conclusion Tom.

Sometimes someone not familiar with the site inadvertently checks the annon box. And once the post is posted there is no edit link to undo the annonymous posting. I have inadvertantly posted under annonymous in a reply, but fortunately I could edit it and uncheck the annon box and show myself. The bad link could also be a mistake. so I try to give someone the benefit of a doubt.

Just my opinion

So so so sorry guys. I am not familiar with the site, but thought it looked like a great way to get my survey out there. I sincerely apologize for not replying sooner, I have reposted it at the top of this page in the replys. The feedback you can give me through it would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your patience.

I agree but he/she has had time to reply here and at least tell us they are trying to fix the issue and fix being anonymous. So the silence is not in their favor

I can attest to erroneously posting a reply anonymously…it happens when I catch
the "Post anonymously" box on my way to click "Post Reply"…luckily, I've noticed it and was able to correct it via the edit option on the replies.

I started using a pump in August. I have sewn pockets on the insides of my nightgowns to hold the pump while sleeping and find that it has worked very well for me. I use a fabric that stretches and go for a snug fit to prevent its slipping out. Someone posted that they buy t-shirts with pockets and wear them inside out as nightwear which I also thought was a clever approach.
