Help to lose weight , I could use to lose 20 to 30 lbs and for me being on oral meds and Insulin I just can't seem to loes it . Yes I am on a low cal diet to . and I just can't seem to loes ti . I just feel that I need to and I have never gotten this big . I am 5f 2in and a 150lbs to much for me to carry around.
if anyone have an Idea I will try it once . I have thought a boout diet pills but I don't know if that is a good idea to do this..

Anna have you attended a diabetics education class? Do you have a meal plan that was drawn up for you by a dietician or other medical professional?
When I attended a diabetics education class I learned why I need to eat 3 meals a day on time plus was give a meal plan. Exercise is very important too not only for weight loss but also to help control your blood sugars.
What type are you? What was your last A1C? Are your blood sugars under control?

well as for my A1c it was 8.9 and I am going to have the test done again at the end of the month . Yes I do know what I can have and how much I can have. she helped me out on this so I can have better controll of my bs . and not only that I was also told that stress dose a lot of it . but as for the weight . I don't think so because I hardly eat much at all that is why I don't understand why I am gaining the weight.. I am on Leverimer fex pen. and on guyberied for the oal med.
the last two weekend ago it was 514. and that is when the dr told me to get to the ER so I did and three weeks before that and after that my bs have been up in the 200s to 300s , he as already up all my meds @ insulin to.
I do walk everyday. but when i get done my feel swell up and legs to so I still try to walk in spit of it . but not only that, that is the only way I can get a round.
thank u . so should I tell the dr what is happing or just see what happens .

You stated that you know what to eat, I thought that I did to until a dietician gave me a meal plan and a RN explained in class why we need to eat 3 meals a day. Though I eat a lot I have been losing weight because of the meal plan. Keeping your carbs leveled out throughtout the day is extremely important for gaining control over your blood sugars and losing weight. I am disabled but try to get some exercise daily. I am only trying to help you as I was helped after years of fighting my weight and blood sugars.
