Did you check in to a Medicare Part D RX plan. You can get them for very little and they would limit your co-payment to usually $30. Depending on which plan you choose and your financial condition you may be able to get extra help and the RX Supplemental plan may cost you extremely little or nothing. I chose AARP because I found it to be the best value for me and my health conditions. Check it out Bill and save some money and more important stick it to the drug companies. Also check if your state (NY I believe) has a RX assistance plan. I qualify for the NJ PAAD Program and my prescriptions cost $2.60 for generics and $6.50 for brand names (I get 4 vials, $432, of Novolog per month for $6.50). And your state may even pay for all or part of your RX Part D plan or Medicare may give you “Extra Help“ with the plan costs.
Don’t be shy Bill. Get all the help you can.

Good luck Bill. You still have time to change Medicare Supplemental plans. If your copay is more than $30 you might consider changing. Sign up for every extra help you can get and stick it to healthcare thieves.
