Hi all, I have a question? It is that time of year where it starts getting dark early. Others like me gets really depress about this time of the year. What are some ways that you cope with this. I know for a fact that being depress affects blood sugars. Some like me tends to sleep a lot causing me to miss meals. This is just something that concerns me. I am sure that thier are other on this site that goes through this. Your response is greatly appreciiate.
