I'm wrapping up a long stay at my daughters. (2 months) she had a baby and needed and I wanted to give her help. Anyway I stayed on my low carb gluten free diet, kept my #'s within range and even lost a few pounds!
I did it by reminding myself that I'm not ON a diet, but that this IS my diet. It wasn't always easy, they don't eat this way, and I took some teasing from my son in-law, but darn, after 10 years I may have finally got it!
So take heart. IT CAN BE DONE!
