Exercise and Etc....Inspired by Laur13jf

This has been one of the things I am seriously hoping to get some answers about. I love going to the gym but alas dont have the funds for it right now. So other than walking what other exercises can I do? I really dont have room in my house for any gym equipment. Yet love to dance, stretch like I used to do years ago and etc. So any ideas please let me know…by the way, I have arthritis in my feet.
Also I been looking to get a better understanding of low carb and etc for eating a better way to help my diabetes. Some things on here like the 21 guide is confusing. I wont lie about it at all. I am at the point where I understand about 1/3 so far. So if anyone would be kind and give me clues or whatever i.e. an day of eating low carb would be great!

tsalagil-enape, whole wheat everthing starchy,take your water pills if told by doc. ,and eat your veggies al kinds and stay away from fake sugers that is how i was able to get and keep my sugers stablefor almost a year ,i am strong but i have my weeknesses towhen i do snap i truely go TAWANDA!especiley when i see some-one wronged ,i personalyi can not and will not tolerate it when people hurt anamials or childeren.and lol i like rocky road too.

I could suggest Yoga. Or I fill gallon jugs with water and use them as weights to lift. If a full jug is too heavy one doesn't need to fill them up all the way.
