This has been one of the things I am seriously hoping to get some answers about. I love going to the gym but alas dont have the funds for it right now. So other than walking what other exercises can I do? I really dont have room in my house for any gym equipment. Yet love to dance, stretch like I used to do years ago and etc. So any ideas please let me know…by the way, I have arthritis in my feet.
Also I been looking to get a better understanding of low carb and etc for eating a better way to help my diabetes. Some things on here like the 21 guide is confusing. I wont lie about it at all. I am at the point where I understand about 1/3 so far. So if anyone would be kind and give me clues or whatever i.e. an day of eating low carb would be great!
