The Big Idea: Substitute protein powder for flour in former baked goods NO-NOs, thus transforming them into snacks & meal replacements that are healthier & more D-helping than most meals. More info: http://tinyurl.com/3jeyw67 In pink box top center are 3 New Mega-Health ingredients that have never been used *together*, thus turning former carby Brownies, Muffins, Pancakes etc into terrific diabetes helpers: more calcium, iron, protein & vitamins including B vitamins than skim milk & carby whole grains combined. This concept is totally new. Picture BREAD, each slice 97 calories, 19g protein, 0g carbs, 3g fiber & 4,017 antioxidants. http://tinyurl.com/3j82wl2 NO SPIKES!

Protein's slo-mo energy release will keep you feeling full & your BG stabilized much longer. The Chocolate Mighty Muffin below is 111 calories, 18g protein, 1g carb, 5g dietary fiber, 0g saturated/trans fat, tons of vitamins & 7,000 antioxidants. Recipe's on this page, lower right http://tinyurl.com/3d3xuy7 A whole meal! Delicious, no worries, & no spikes! Nice?
