Weight loss

I have been trying to lose weight - I have a gym membership but since I've been diagnosed w/type 2 I just haven't much energy. I know it's a necessity. I can't lie and say I'm not lazy because I am but I seriously need to get back to the gym. I always feel so much better after a work out. I don't know what to do after a work now that I have this disease. Should I check my BG before and after a work out?
Please any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks friends!

I know how you feel. To find the energy almost takes too much energy! What a vicious cycle! I haven't joined our gym yet, but i plan on it. I've been out of work over a month and still don't have my short term disability yet! But as soon as monies are straightned out i'm going and dragging my teenager with me! Why should i suffer alone! LOL As far as testing and excersing i don't know…sorry!
