I have been trying to lose weight - I have a gym membership but since I've been diagnosed w/type 2 I just haven't much energy. I know it's a necessity. I can't lie and say I'm not lazy because I am but I seriously need to get back to the gym. I always feel so much better after a work out. I don't know what to do after a work now that I have this disease. Should I check my BG before and after a work out?
Please any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks friends!
