Has anyone tried using American Diabetes Wholesale or Arkray meters? My husband and I are both T2. No insurance use 5-6 strips aday. I have been trying to find less expensive strips. They have an Arkray meter and 20 strips for $44.42. 250 strips for $45.99. I was wonding if any of my friends here have tried this company or the meter and strips. Thanks a bunch :) Heather

Yes I use American Diabetes Wholesale but I bought the test strips for the TruTrack series meters. Check out to see if they have current discount codes that can help you save a few bucks, free shipping or whatever. I would say that I saved about 50% on my free meter / 250 strips over the cost from my local drug store, even their sale price. I give thumbs up to the company although can't say anything about the meter you are considering.

I use the Aviva accu-check and I pay $50.00 for 50 which last me a month I check mine 2 times a days, I would like to find something cheaper as well, because I don't have any kind of insurance. Everything is out of pocket for me.
