Who has a regular exercise regime already? I know that getting started can be difficult if you haven't exercised regularly in the past.

I just discovered a personalized diabetes exercise coaching service called www.fit4d.com. Very cool.

Check out my recent post on them here:

Thanks for the link. I followed it and read up about the service. It sounds good. Another thing I would never have known about unless I found it on here. Thanks again.

Great article on him and a great website. He does sound a bit like Jerry. LOL! There is a wide range of things they offer and for the price of a doctor visit you can get started. Very interesting. I would like to hear from someone here if they have tried this or not.
I know I am reaching my max effectiveness in my exercise routine. I need to change it up some and this could be a great guide.

Because of my bad back I cannot do traditional exercise but I have found water aerobics helps me exercise and the warm water feels good on my back. This program is called Squeeks and Creeks for people who cannot do regualar aerobics. I also have a recumbent bike at home where I can sit comfortably and peddle away. I am up to 2 miles in the am and 2 miles at night. Thank you for the website.
