I really dont understand why in the world my weight is not going away. i'm exercising like no other OMG! please provide tips. Thanks.

Losing weight is not always a case of exercise alone. There are many factors that contribute to weight loss, gain and maintenance.

Everybody (and every body) is different. Take a look at the whole picture such as your caloric intake, your weaknesses, how much water you drink (or not), your breakfast choices, and so much more. A lot of people think they will lose weight with starvation … not true. The body needs plenty of food and water to maintain energy and keep blood glucose in check. How much fat you consume in your diet shows correlation to weight. What you eat and when you eat is important as well.

There are no "one size fits all" diet plans and what works for one person may not work for another.

Are you journaling your food intake and exercise? Are you reading food labels and recipe nutritional data?
