I am type 2
I have been managing my sugar levels for about three month now and it has been measuring norma and avaraging 5-6,5.
Because of the diet I am on I turn to burn all the little fat I get from it and this is resulting in steady weight loss and I need to gain at least 3-4kgs that I lost before I find out that I had sugar problem.
I take one tab in the morning and eat right and I do physical excercises too on daily basis.
What can I do to gain weght because I am going to be under weight soon if I do not stop lossing weight and gain at least 3kgs or so.
The diet suggestions I am getting is mostly for people who want to burn fat and loss weight and I do not at thi point.
What can I do?
