I found this article on yahoo. So thought to share it since the author is from EatingWell. Plus there are some recipes that I thought would help as well. Personally I have several cast iron skillets along with dutch ovens. Now I dont use Kosher salt to help season my skillets and ovens. Just good old oil hot oven and paper towels. I dont use soap only a steel wool pad water and a clean towel. Then I reseason my skillet or oven again.
