try to eat right but blood sugar ruins it

i always eat healthy but when im up late at night i have no choice but not have to drink orange juice or the closest sugary thing next to me. i hate it. i also cant ever not go to the gym without having to drink 2 gatorades when im there cuz my bs ALWAYS goes low even if i suspend it…which my doctor says not to do but i have to..

P.B & J does it for me,this sandwich keeps me full and gives me some protien and carbs to keep my bs stable on a hetic day,its a routine lunch for me

Are you eating something that stays with you like protein? I have a piece of toasted sprouted grain bread (15 Carbs) with peanut butter and sugar free jam at night. Its good! gives me some Carbs some Protein, a treat and stays with me at night. Sounds like you need to eat some carbs coupled with protein instead of drinking what amounts to pure sugar. Have you made a serious effort to try this?
