After bieng told by doctors that I had type two diabeties i went in to denial. I did not take care of myself. I put on weight and risked my health.
That is when i took charge of it I started to take better care of myself by wahtching what I ate and the times I woul eat.
That is how I droped three dress sizes. From being a size 14 I am now a size 11.
This is how I did it;
1. i rarely eat hevy foods at night. Like carbs if I do it is no sugar low carbs cereal. Like Kikx Cherrios(plain), those only and instead of regular milk I use soy milk.
2. I started to take my meds. and I started to excercise a bit. I lake short walks around around the block. Or I make excuses to go up and douwn the stairs at my house.
My goal is to get healthy not thin I still get to eat what I want just in proportions. I dont suff myself when I eat I eat till i dont feel hungry.
