i realize there out of this product on amazon but you can buy these in the stores.

i use one of these myself it really helps alot.i don't need to use lotion as much as i needed to before.try one for your feet you will see the differance in your feet.

It runs in my mind that People with Diabetes should not use a device which scapes off skin (like a pedi egg). The picture of the sugar foot file is not big enough for me to tell how the file accomplishes its work.

I am wondering if it were something like a pumice stone?

yes its just like it but doesn't make a big mess all aver the place like pumice stone easier to hang on to handle
