Has anyone tried this product?

Or other like it?

I'm considering adding it to the excercise program i have started. The only reason being that I am impatient and if I don't see results soon I will quit. (it's pretty intensive!)

There is in my diabetic section at Wal Mart a weight loss pill for diabetics. I think it starts with a P. It claims you can take it and not have any interaction with other meds. It was 19 dollars the last time I looked. But I would asked your doctor before starting anything. Maybe he can prescibe something.

Hoodia is a appetite surpressant. It is said that in the dessert some of the tribes eat the Hoodia plant so that they can hunt longer with out feeling hungry. You can buy Hoodia in many forms. I drink it in the form of tea. I have not had any ill effects from the tea. But, like with anything else, I am sure that in time a news flash will come out saying that Hoodia has proven to give people cancer, tails, loss of hair, diabetes, heart conditions, phsycic powers, among other bad things. The thing to remember is this: you never know what you are truly taking. It could be cut grass in the tea bags or capsules. All anti-want-to-make-you-eat-drugs are drugs and can have ill effects on you including addiction. Please research all and anything you put into your mouth before ingesting it. Ask others if they hae taken it and how it affected them;scour the internet; talk to your doctor(who will politely bow out and say the results are inconclusive).
