The other day I had breakfaast real early.I did my chores that had to be done then sat at the cxomputer. As usual time has a way of going by rather fast. I started getting a headace. First one in a long time. Since I hadn't checked my sugarthat morning I checked it then and it was 111. So I had dinner and a cup of coffee. Voila, headache gone. Moral of story? Watch your time and eat regularly.

LOL! Reminds me of when I was pregnant with my daughter. I had just found out and so I was quitting smoking and had decided to quit all caffeine at the same time. Not a good idea! After 2 days of not being able to lift my head off my pillow, my husband made me go in to see my OBGYN and she liked to died when I told her what I was doing! Quit smoking, good. Quit caffeine cold turkey, not so good. She actually made me drink a soda in her office and then told my husband to make sure I had 1 or 2 a day. Go figure!

The weird thing is I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and maybe tea later on. I did have coffee that morning but instead of brewing it I used Folger's singles which were a tad bit outdated. Didn't taste like coffee at all. Like I said, I just have to watch my time.

I did much the same too when in college. I'd drink 2, sometimes 3, 12 cup pots of coffee. I figured that was overdoing it so I quit cold turkey. BIG mistake! I got such a killer headache, and I rarely have headaches. Dr told me to taper off gradually. Now about 30 years later I am caffein free. I really don't miss it much.
