OK so you do not see any blessings at this time and do not want to think of any in any case. So try this I can breath, I can walk, I can see, I can hear. This is more than some can do right. So once your mind gets on a positive track than let more come to you like I have a good family friends or dog cat ect. I have food a roof over my head. I can think. Just little things until the pic gets bigger and brighter. And go from there. I know it is hard and thinking is hard at a time of very bad depression from being diabetic or what ever just start small and build.
